Housing Specialist Job Requirement:
1、Affinity in making sales in the real estate industry
2、Fluent in English, additional foreign language is a plus
3、Strong willingness and experienced communicating with international people in Beijing
4、Familiarity of Beijing geography/real estate market and sound knowledge in real estate industry is desired
5、Fresh graduate preferred with responsible and hardworking attitude
6、International people living or studying in Beijing are also welcome

1、To provide professional housing services to international people in Beijing
2、To effectively develop new corporate customers, mainly Multinational corporations
3、To maintain the existing relationship with clients and provide customized housing services
