"I found Sinohousing.com as my agent by internet as I began searching about 3 or 4 months before coming to China. Sinohousing's service was really helpful as we did not know anything about life's and lodging in Beijing. "My experience with Sinohousing.com was a very positive one. I had not gone through this process before, but had heard some horror stories and was very wary going in. My agent did a great job of helping me find the type of place I wanted, and helping with price negotiations. I was most impressed, however, with the support I received after moving into the apartment. As is always the case, there were some small problems that arouse after I moved in with things ranging from the Internet to registration at the police station. My agent was terrific in helping me with all of that stuff. I cannot speak for the quality of the entire organization, but Miss Lansey Xu specifically was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process.
