Check relevant information through the Internet to get more ideas about Beijing housing services, surrounding environment, average price, and see other international people's suggestions. With those information, you will be more confident on living here through our services. As an international housing service center, we prefer making our services as transparent as possible for you.

Look for a reliable housing specialist

Each housing specialist will have different working style, knowlegde and personality. You can check their brief resume at Housing Specialists. You are welcome to contact more than one housing specialist from our company. However, for your convenience and to avoid dubble house visits, it might be more efficient to carefully select your favorite housing specialist. Our housing specialists are well-educated and trained to facilitate house seekers in their quests for their dream house.

Inspect the house by yourself

After receiving your detailed requirements, our housing specialist will check out our housing recourses database and select the most matching houses for you for an on-site inspection. Your housing specialist will make an appointment with you and the landlord to visit the apartment. Some apartments might come from the database of our cooperating local real estate agencies that are carefully selected by us and thus are reliable and will ensure a fair price.

Sign the contract with Landlords

Once you have made your choice(s), you can start the negotiation process with the landlord and sign contract after an agreed price. Your housing specialist will facilitate you in the negotiation process and, if preferred, can draft a leasing contract complying to People's Republic of China's law related to real properties and based on agreed conditions by both sides.

Once your contract is signed, our services fee will be charged to either landlord or tenant. How the service fee is charged will be agreed with both parties upon the first appointment with your housing specialist. Please see the details of how we charge service fee at: Services/Consulting Fee.

Moving in

After the contract has been signed through us, you will receive the key and instructions about water, gas and electricity. In principle these meter cards are provided to you in order to make sure you will have a smooth start in your new apartment in Beijing. If you have any difficulty to settle down in your new apartment, your housing specialist is still there to provide you our personalized assistance.


Apply for resident permit if necessary

International people, who want to have long-term stay in China, are required to apply for a resident permit. Usually you can get a temporary resident permit form at the nearest police station. Some properties management offices of international apartments compounds are authorized to put a chop this temporary resident permit form. In this case, you can get this form from your own compounds. Whether you will have this convenience in your selected compound your housing specialist would be glad to find it out for you.


Kind reminder for you to pay rent on time

While having your busy time in China, you may forget to pay rent on time. In order to prevent the relationship with landlord from worsening, the best way is to pay the rent on time. Our system can give you a reminder notice upon your agreement.
